We print on the fastest and the most modern machines designed for offset printing. We own a full-format offset printing machine with a paper unwind: Heidelberg Speedmaster SX-102, a full-format sheet-fed offset printing machine KBA Rapida 106 and a roller machine dedicated to black and white printing Zirkon 66.

CREATING MULTICOLOURED AND REFINED, HIGHLY PROCESSED PRINTS

Due to the use of a special method of drying dispersion varnishes, the printing house has the possibility to offset print in a single pass a sheet in any 9 CMYK colours or Pantone colours and to refine the printout with glossy or matt dispersion varnish. The maximum format of the printed sheet is 740 x 1060 mm and the basis weight ranges from 70 to 350 g/m2. The result is a multicolour printed sheet finished with dispersion varnish with a possible haptic effect.

IMPROVED OFFSET PRINTING PERFORMANCE

The offset printing process can be divided into preparatory activities and the printing itself. Our printing house has introduced an innovative improvement in the pre-press process. This improvement streamlines and speeds up the start of the printing process and also protects the printing forms from accidental damage. The service can be performed as offset printing alone or in combination with further processes, up to a complete book publication. The maximum format of the printed sheet is 740 x 1060 mm and the basis weight ranges from 70 to 350 g/m2.

Having our own CTP studio and a fully equipped bindery, we do not need to use subcontractors to fully control quality and timeliness at each stage of production.
